SHIPPING
In-stock items will be shipped within 5-7 business days; unless otherwise stated.
LOST || STOLEN || WRONG ADDRESS
In the case a package is lost or stolen you will need to contact the carrier. The carrier will conduct an investigation and create a claim.
If an order is sent to the wrong address due to incorrect address, it is unfortunately out of our control. However, we will always do our best to assist in finding a solution.
RETURNS // CANCELATIONS
Preorder items are not, under any circumstance, eligible for cancellation.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise no later than the 7th day of receiving it. Little Onax Odysseys is not responsible for covering shipping costs in this instance.
It must be sent back in the condition in which it was received; meaning the item must be completely unworn, unwashed, and without any stains or odors.
All products returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Every item must pass inspection for restocking. If an item has any signs of use, odors, or stains Little Onax Odysseys will not be restocking it.
REFUNDS
Full refunds (no restocking fee) are only granted for defects. In case of defective items, refunds must be claimed within 7 days of receiving your order. If the item you receive is defective, we will cover the shipping cost and either reship a new item or issue a refund.
Please note that the following are not considered defects:
- Change of mind or general dissatisfaction with the item
- Wrong size/doesn't fit
- Bum Placement
- Excessively long strings (completed stitch)
